"SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A portion of North Branch Parkway in Springfield will be closed due to a partial roadway collapse.

The Springfield Department of Public Works stated that due to heavy rain on Monday morning, the road had partially collapsed and experienced culvert failure between Sunrise Terrace and North Brook Road."
